  • The Butterfly Suite is a thoughtfully designed 1- bedroom, 1-bathroom suite, perfect for couples  or two guests. It includes a full kitchen, private  deck with hot tub, and comfortable living space  designed to feel both cozy and memorable.

  • At this time, pets are not permitted at Victoria House.  This helps us maintain a comfortable and allergy conscious environment for all guests.

  • Victoria House is ideally located in Historic  Downtown Sevierville, with restaurants and shops  within walking distance. Dollywood is about 10 minutes away, and Great Smoky Mountains  National Park is approximately 25 minutes away,  making it easy to explore the area.

  • The Butterfly suite comfortably sleeps 2 guests.

  • Yes — The Butterfly Suite includes its own private hot tub located on the deck, reserved exclusively  for your use. It’s the perfect place to relax at the  end of the day.

  • Yes. Victoria House includes five uniquely  designed suites, and multiple suites — or even the  entire property — can be booked together,  depending on availability. This makes it a great  option for couples traveling together or small  group gatherings.

  • Yes, there is on-site parking behind Victoria House.

  • Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am.
