The Coat of Many Colors Suite

Inspired by Dolly Parton’s beloved Coat of Many Colors,  this suite celebrates a story deeply tied to Victoria House  — where fabric from Wade’s Department Store helped  shape the coat’s beginning. The Experience

A Song That Started With Scraps

A custom mural of young Dolly singing into a tin cup  microphone atop a broomstick captures the spirit of her  childhood dreams. Set between Wade’s Department Store and  Dolly’s childhood home, it tells a story of humble beginnings  rooted right here in town.

A Story Rooted Right Here

The story behind this suite reaches beyond the walls of Victoria  House. Fabric from Wade’s Department Store, owned by the  family and right down the street, was once shared with Dolly’s  mother, tying this home to a piece of Tennessee history.

A Coat That Became a Symbol

Displayed proudly within the suite, a handcrafted Coat of Many Colors from Knoxville Frameworks serves as a visual centerpiece. It’s a reminder of resilience, creativity, and the beauty that can come from something made with love.

Perfect for Six to Stay Together

With two bedrooms and space for up to six guests, this suite is  designed for families or friends traveling together. It offers  room to gather, share stories, and create memories that feel  just as meaningful as the ones that inspired it.
