In the bathroom, custom tilework featuring the year 1921 honors the original construction of Victoria House. It’s a  small but meaningful detail that connects guests to the  home’s long history and the generations who came  before.

A bold mural of marching band silhouettes honors a family  story rooted in music — inspired by Alexis’s father, who once  played in the Sevier County High School band alongside Dolly,  before continuing on to march with the University of Tennessee.

  • At this time, pets are not permitted at Victoria House.  This helps us maintain a comfortable and allergy conscious environment for all guests.

  • Victoria House is ideally located in Historic  Downtown Sevierville, with restaurants and shops  within walking distance. Dollywood is about 10 minutes away, and Great Smoky Mountains  National Park is approximately 25 minutes away,  making it easy to explore the area.

  • Yes — The Tennessee Suite is fully ADA-compliant,  featuring an accessible layout, roll-in shower, and  grab bars. The space is thoughtfully designed to  provide comfort and ease of movement  throughout the suite.

  • Yes — The Songbirds Suite includes its own  private hot tub located on the deck, reserved  exclusively for your use. It’s the perfect place to  relax at the end of the day.

  • Yes. Victoria House includes five uniquely  designed suites, and multiple suites — or even the  entire property — can be booked together,  depending on availability. This makes it a great  option for couples traveling together or small  group gatherings.
